Security review and handover. Before anything goes live, we go through how your app handles logins, passwords, secret keys and customer data, then fix the risky bits. You get a plain-English list of what we found and what we changed.

Hosting in the UK. Your app runs on its own private server on our own infrastructure, in a UK data centre. Not on a free tier or someone's personal account.

A hardened server. Key-only access, a locked-down firewall, protection against password-guessing, and antivirus scans. The boring settings that stop most attacks before they start.

Monitoring. We watch the server and the app around the clock, so we usually know there's a problem before you do.

Nightly off-site backups. Your app and its data are backed up every night to a separate location and kept for 30 days, so one bad day doesn't become a disaster.

Updates and patching. Operating system security updates go on automatically, and automated checks run every day on the app's own building blocks for known security problems.

Safe changes. Your code lives in a private repository. Changes are tested and deployed in a controlled way, never edited live on the server. We can also block changes during your busiest hours, so nothing moves while your team's using it.

A named person to call. No ticket numbers or call centres. You get someone who knows your app, on the phone, and we aim to respond within one business hour.
