Support is by phone or email in UK working hours, and we aim to respond within one business hour. Extra work is £90 + VAT an hour, quoted before we start.

Most single websites and small tools run happily on Small. A business app with a database usually wants Medium. Large suits busy apps or several sites on one server, and Amazing is for when you want a whole physical server to yourself. Tell us what you're running and we'll recommend one.

Small, Medium and Large are virtual servers: your own private server with guaranteed memory, running on shared, high-end hardware. Amazing is a dedicated server: a whole physical machine that's yours alone, with dual network links and dual power.

In a UK data centre, with enterprise SSD storage in mirrored drives and resilient networking. Your server and the data on it stay in the UK.

We back up your server every night to a separate, off-site location and keep each backup for 30 days. If something goes wrong, we can put things back the way they were.

Yes. Small, Medium and Large can be upgraded as you grow, usually with just a restart. Moving up to Amazing means moving to a new server, which we'll quote for at £90 + VAT an hour.
